SIOUX FALLS, S.D.  June 20, 2024 – Sioux Falls Police helped the FBI track down five fugitives who are part of a Romanian criminal network, and at least two of the suspects may be linked to international crimes.
Together, the five people are accused of stealing from businesses in at least 11 states and two countries.
