The three suspects accused of committing a robbery that resulted in the homicide of 69-year-old jeweler Marc Vuono will be arraigned this week. The arraignment will take place via a Zoom conference call on 7/2/20. Earlier last month, federal officials announced that a grand jury in New Haven charged Robert Rallo, 56, of Brooklyn, NY who was aided and abetted by Thomas Liberatore, 62 of White Plains, NY with using a firearm to kill Vuono. The men could eventually receive a sentence of life or the death penalty.

Rallo, Liberatore and Paul Prosano, of Brooklyn, NY were charged with interference with commerce by robbery. That offense carries a maximum prison term of 20 years. Interstate transportation of stolen property carries a maximum prison term of 10 years. Click here to learn more about how the three men were apprehended.
