Evan Scott, 27, pictured above has been described as a fugitive in a federal indictment that alleges he was a part of a robbery ring responsible for up to 10 robberies that ocured between August 2015 and April 2016.
The gang stole $6 million worth of jewelry. He is accused of being the gunman in at least two of the robberies.
