On 5/23/18, police in Utica, MI arrested a trio of subjects believed to be responsible for a smash and grab robbery on 5/18/18 in Fenton, MI. The subjects were arrested after police responded to a robbery at a jewelry store in Utica. The subjects arrested were a 30-year-old woman from Detroit, a 23-year-old man from Garden City, MI, and a 28-year-old Detroit man. Police have not yet released their identities. They will release their identities after their arraignments.

On 5/18/18, the trio stole more than 42 pieces of jewelry valued at more than $50,000. On that date, the subjects used hammers to smash glass display cases.
