SMASH & GRAB – LOUISVILLE, KY

On 12/29/17, at approximately 7:15 p.m., a subject entered into a jewelry store. He walked through the store looking at merchandise and examined the layout of the store. He left the store shortly thereafter. At approximately 8:01 p.m., three subjects entered the store. The third subject remained by the front doors. The first subject removed a hammer from his pocket. He then approached the bridal section. The second subject opened a bag and followed the first subject. The first subject smashed into several display cases. Subject two proceeded to pick up merchandise from the broken glass. They then fled from the store.
