West Whiteland Township, PA – On June 16, 2021, 47-year-old Anda Franc, stole a $4,450 pendant from a department store when a cashier turned away in Exton, PA. She admitted to police she was the person who committed the theft.
On May 11, 2019, Franc committed another theft where she stole a $2,000 necklace from a store in Radnor Township, PA. Franc has a real estate license in Pennsylvania.
