Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Philippines – The son of former mayor Fahad Salic was identified as one of the four robbers involved in a gunpoint robbery at a jewelry store. The robbery occurred on January 16, 2021.� Staff Sgt. Amador Rosales of the Marawi City Police Station stated that the owner of the store identified Mahid Salic as the robber who pointed a gun at him while his accomplices broke glass shelves containing jewelry.
Mahid was not wearing a mask during the robbery.� The store owner fought back with the robbers and as a result he sustained stab wounds all over his body. On January 22, 2021 Salic was charged with robbery with violence against a person. Click here to read more.
