On 2/15/17, at approximately 2:16 p.m., a suspect asked to see non threaded diamond stud earrings. After receiving the item the suspect put it in his ear. He looked in the mirror and then left the store. He would do this several times. After he returned the third time, he stated that he needed to speak with his wife. After the suspect left, the sales associate discovered the earring was not real. The suspect was described as a Black male with a dark complexion. He is in his late 20’s and has a tattoo under one of his eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray zippered sweatshirt and a white baseball hat.
