On 9/8/20, at approximately 11:25 p.m., a male subject approached a jewelry store and asked to see a pendant. After the associate pulled it out, the subject requested to try on the pendant. The associate informed him that he would have to wait a moment, at which point he reached out and grabbed the pendant from the associate’s hand. The subject then walked away from the store with the pendant. The subject committed a grab & run at this location on January 28, 2020. The subject was described as a 40-year-old Black male. He is 5’3” and has a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black and yellow checkered pants.
