On 7/12/21,� at approximately 3:45 p.m., two males entered a jewelry store and initially began looking at watches.� After several minutes, the males began looking at men’s rings.� Several rings were removed from the showcase and shown to the guests.� Finally, a men’s onyx ring was removed from the showcase and handed to the guest.� The first subject placed the ring on his finger.� Shortly after, both males walked out of the store with the ring remaining on his finger.� Both subjects were described as Hispanic and in their early to mid twenties. The first subject is 5’8″ and has a medium build. The second subject is 5’2″ and has a thin build.
