On 1/29/2020, Clark Greene was sentenced to four years imprisonment for committing a grab and run theft at a jewelry store in Boardman, OH in January of 2018. During the theft, Greene asked to see two diamonds. Once the diamonds were in his possession, he fled from the store into an awaiting vehicle driven by his brother Mark Greene, 44.

The two men led police on a 100 mile per hour chase until the suspects’ vehicle collided with another vehicle. The duo managed to evade law enforcement. They were later indicted and arrested in Philadelphia. The Judge decided on a four-year sentence for two reasons; the danger the Greene brothers caused by the chase and secondly, Greene had a lengthy criminal record that dated back to 1984. Greene is also required to pay $18,000 in restitution. The diamonds were never recovered.
