On 1/30/20, the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office issued a statement in which they said two men have been charged with felonies for burglarizing a department store. On 1/24/19, employees observed Christopher Dodd and Richard Lange smash display cases and steal jewelry. The suspects stole $65,244 in jewelry.� The suspects were arrested by Walnut Creek Police as they left the store. They have been charged with second-degree burglary, grand theft of personal property and vandalism.
