On 12/2/21, a smash and grab robbery occurred at a jewelry store in San Jose, CA. In that incident, 5 subjects entered the store and used hammers to smash display cases. They were in and out within 15 seconds. Another smash and grab occurred in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The exact date of the crime is not confirmed, however, reports and a video circulating on social media has indicated it also occurred on December 2, 2021.
