Couva, Trinidad & Tobago – On March 6, 2019, at approximately 5:00 a.m., two subjects robbed a jewelry store. After the owners were informed of the robbery, they called the police.
When police responded, they found the store’s� glass door was broken.� After police entered the store, they found the two robbers hiding in the restroom. The police state the robbers shot at them and they had to defend themselves.� The two men died as a result of their injuries. They were suspected to have committed another jewelry store robbery the month before their death.
