Brookhaven, GA – On November 28, 2017, at approximately 11:20 a.m., two robbers disguised themselves as elderly men and then pepper sprayed and zip-tied a jewelry store owner and his daughter.
The suspects stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in high-end watches.
