Video: Police Seek Elderly Couple for Theft

Leigh-on-Sea, England – On June 22, 2018, an elderly man placed a necklace into a large bag before exiting a retail store.

The subjects stole a long necklace valued at £65 (slightly over $85). The item has a tortoiseshell effect.

The couple carried empty shopping bags while they were in the store.
