GRAB AND RUN – SAN ANTONIO, TX

On 7/3/16, at approximately 6:45 p.m., two subject were shown diamond rings. They grabbed two of the three rings and then fled from the store. The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 40’s. He is 5’8 and balding. He had a Spurs tattoo on his left ear and tattoos on his arms. He wore black cargo shorts. The second suspect is a Hispanic female in her 40’s. She is 5’2 and has burnt blonde/orange hair. She has a “love” tattoo on her chest and tattoos on the back of her thighs. ARMED ROBBERY – WOODBURN, OR

On 7/2/16, at approximately 10:26 am, three suspects entered a jewelry store. After looking for three minutes in the store, one of the suspects revealed two guns and pointed them at sales associates while the other two suspects hopped over the cases. They instructed the associates to open the cases and began to pull rings and watches out. All three suspects then fled on foot into a mid 2000’s model blue Mitsubishi Outlander. The first suspect was described as in his late 30’s, 6’0 tall and weighing 250 pounds. He wore black pants, a grey sweatshirt, a black hat, and sunglasses. The second suspect is in his late 30’s. He is 5’10 and weighs 200 pounds. He wore shorts, a grey hoodie and white cap with sunglasses. The third suspect was described as being in his late 30’s. He is 5’10 and weighs 200 pounds. He wore black pants, a black shirt and a black fedora style hat with sunglasses. DISTRACTION THEFT – AURORA, CO

On 7/4/16, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a subject asked to see men’s diamond rings. The sales associate presented two rings to the subject. The subject paid for one with cash. The sales associate was doing inventory counts thirty minutes later and discovered the ring was missing. The subject was described as a 25-year-old African American male. He is 5’4 and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He last wore a white t-shirt and camouflage shorts. He has a gold grill in his mouth and a shaved part in his hair on the right side. GRAB AND RUN – KANSAS CITY, MO

On 7/3/16, at approximately 1:30 p.m, a female asked to see earrings. The sales associate showed her several pairs. The sales associate then placed a pair of earrings on the counter. The suspect stated her sister was on the phone and grabbed the pair of earrings and fled from the store. The suspect was described as African American and approximately 35-years-old. She is 5’5 and weighs 145 pounds. She also has a medium build. She was last seen wearing a red top and black shorts. DISTRACTION THEFT – HAMMOND, LA

On 7/3/16, at approximately 4:25 p.m., a male and female subject inquired about gold chains, bracelets and watches. The subjects picked 11 pieces they wanted to purchase. They also showed the sales associate a large amount of cash they had to pay for the items. The male subject insisted on having the items placed in gift boxes. After scanning the merchandise for the couple, the male subject said he didn’t have didn’t have enough cash and wanted to return with a credit card. He asked to see the items again and removed the pieces he did not want. A bracelet was removed from the other items. When the sales associate turned to place the bracelet on the counter, it is believed the subject took two gold chains and a cross from the counter. The couple then left the store. The male subject is described as Portuguese and in his early 20’s. He is 5’7 has dark olive skin and black hair. He also has a slim beard and wore a light colored shirt and shorts. The second subject is a 40-year-old-female. She is 5’3, has a medium build and olive skin. She was last seen with black hair pulled back. She was last seen wearing a black and white outfit and carrying a black clutch purse. GRAB AND RUN – LOUISVILLE, KY

On 6/30/16, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a subject inquired about anniversary bands. When he was shown a three stone ring he simply, walked out of the store. The sales associate asked for the stone back, but the subject quickly walked outside to a waiting white two door Chevy with no license plates. The driver of the vehicle was an African American male wearing a red shirt. The subject that committed the theft was described as a 6’ tall African American male. He weighs 200 pounds and is in his mid 30’s. He wore a purple button down shirt with black jeans and black boots. He also had a tattoo on his right hand. DISTRACTION THEFT – MARLBOROUGH, MA

On 6/28/16, at approximately 1:10 p.m., three male subjects requested to see gold chains. The sales associate presented a chain to each subject separately. According to the sales associate, she turned away to answer the store phone. When she turned back one of the subjects was holding all of the chains together which he then handed to the sales associate. The subjects tried to purchase one of the chains but their card was declined. The subjects left claiming they would return with cash. After the subjects left, the sales associate discovered that one of the chains presented to one of the subjects was missing. The first subject is described as an African American male. He is 5’6, 19-years old and has a thin build and black hair. He wore a baseball cap, black t-shirt and jeans. The second subject is an African American male. He is 5’5 and 24-years-old. He has a medium build, black hair and wore a NY baseball cap, black t-shirt and jeans. The third subject is a white male. He is 5’5 and 22-years-old. He has a medium build and short red hair. ARMED ROBBERY – PORTCHESTER, NY

On 6/27/16, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a male subject approached a sales associate and handed them a note stating he had a gun and wanted all of the diamond rings. The sales associate placed multiple diamond rings into a bag and handed it to the subject. The subject did not actually display a gun during the incident. The subject then fled. He was described as a white male. He was last seen wearing a white hat, a blue shirt, a tan jacket and black pants. DISTRACTION THEFT – EDISON, NJ

On 6/23/16, at approximately 5:48 pm, a subject held a catalog in hand and asked a sales associate to see a ring from a particular case. While he was looking at the ring, he held it at a distance, to distract the sales associate. The subject then told the sales associate that he needed to speak with his wife before he could proceed. Later that night, the sales associate noticed that three diamond rings were missing. Surveillance footage was able to capture three subjects involved in the theft. The first subject brought in the catalog. The second subject, squatted near the entrance of the store. The third subject stayed at the entrance, but communicated with the second subject by using hand signals. This allowed the second subject to go into the store and grab the three rings. All three subjects are black males. The first subject was described as 6’ tall with a dark complexion. He had a beard and wore a white Florida t-shirt, black cap and black jeans. The second subject had a medium complexion and wore a black knit cap, and a tan shirt with shorts. He also wore black sneakers. The third subject had a medium complexion. He wore a red polo shirt, tan shorts, sunglasses with a gold trim and a cargo cap. DISTRACTION THEFT – CABAZON, CA

On 6/23/16, a sales associate assisted a couple in viewing high-end watches. The couple decided that they wanted to purchase two watches. While the couple and the sales associate were at the counter, the couple asked the sales associate if they could see gift wrapping paper. As the sales associate turned to retrieve the wrapping paper, surveillance footage showed the female subject remove the watch from the box it was placed in. She then returned an empty box to the sales associate. After the sales associate quoted the price of the two watches, the couple claimed they did not have enough money to make a purchase. They said they would come back with more money and asked the associate to gift wrap the watches. The associate wrapped the items, but later became suspicious and opened the items; the box was empty. The male subject is described as 20-years-old and Hispanic. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, blue jeans and a gold belt buckle. The female subject is described as 35-years-old and Hispanic. She weighs approximately 195 pounds. Her hair was under a printed wrap. She was last seen wearing a blue and white printed blouse and skirt. She also has gold capped side teeth.
